at the jimmy elsass. if you are ever in hamburg, please go and visit the most tasty flammcakes restaurant of the town.
inside its unbelievably cosy.
our favorites:
katharina: flammcake with fresh rucola, parmesan and sunflowerseeds
anne: flammcake südtirol with arichoke-hearts, bruschetta tomatos and parmesan
johanna: flammcake ziege- birne with goatcheese, honey, pear plus lambs lettuce

It’s not only the best flammcake just in hamburg. I wish there was something like it in berlin.
