doing research for the fall / winter collection we found the book

finally not so much went into the design, but it is just such a timetravel to look at the photos.

our good friend german photographer daniel sannwald has his

first book printed. it will be out beginning of 2010 with a broad overview of  his

works. One spread and the cover to get curious and three questions to the photographer:

1. the best thing that happened to you in 2009

2. how does it feel holding your first book in your hands?

its a very nice feeling as i am used to working with magazines and the fact that everything is produced for a moment or an issue – it´s great to have something now captured in a different timescale.
3. your favorite picture of the month.

we had hui-hui meeting in hamburg the last days.

couldnt make it to the show at  center 66 in st.pauli,

but the girls nowadays look pretty different we guess.

we have been so occupied lately , that there was

hardly time to poste anything.

this is the first movie johanna made. it is supposed to accompany the newest summer collection.

how many spectacular cuts can you put in one film?

our friend and illustrator, jörn kaspuhl came back from barcelona.

he had a fantastic time and great exhibition.

talking about music is something we try to avoid in public…

we saw the trio playing at the opening on saturday, sigrid volders, sanne nuyens and david van der weken.

drums, cello, casio, guitar, glockenspiel… beautiful unpretentious instrumental.

its so much fun to watch two skinny ones in white pyjamas who try to make sense out of pile of rubbisch.

on saturday we went to the video exhibition of frederik heyman and dieter deswarte.  we were happy to meet dieter again,

anne and katha are spending some days in antwerp at johannas place.
there is a lot to discuss, creating  and catching up to do.
probably we won´t make it to the wafelhouse this time
